Common questions
How long does an interlocking patio take?
Most 300–500 sq ft patios take 3–5 working days from excavation to cleanup. Larger projects with walls or steps take 1–2 weeks.
Do I need a permit?
Patios and walkways at grade do not need a permit in most GTA municipalities. Retaining walls over 1 m and structures do — we handle the paperwork.
Can you build in the fall or winter?
We build from April to late November. Fall is a good time: shorter wait and the base settles before spring.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Settling, shifting and heaving of pavers, base failure and edge restraint. Manufacturer warranty covers the pavers themselves.
How do payments work?
10% deposit to book, 40% on the day we start, balance when you are happy with the finished work. Financing available.
